Caridad Amores is founder of Amores & Associates, P.A. Ms. Amores has been in the practice of law for over 25 years. She has practiced in the following areas: real estate, estate planning, business law, contracts, labor law, immigration, bankruptcy, family law, entertainment law and civil litigation. She has represented numerous international clients, among them an internationally renowned singer. Her representation includes the formation of different business entities as well as the administration and restructuring of the same. Ms. Amores has extensive real estate experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, from initial contract through title issuance.
